The 2013 Dodge Dart is arguably one of the most important new vehicles from the company in a long time. With fuel prices continuously high, the automaker that has been known for making performance oriented vehicles has realized that a 40 MPG car is a hot ticket item among consumers. Now getting a car to achieve 40 MPG is hypothetically a very easy thing, but if you don’t want something as bare-bones and as painfully underpowered as a Geo Metro, the task gets a bit tougher.
Dodge has managed to create a 40 MPG compact sedan with the interior spaciousness of a midsize and hasn’t had to skip on tech and convenience goodies. They are quite proud of this achievement as shown by both of their new commercials that display some of the selling points. The most recent commercial says that they went to the future to steal Thin Film Transistor display technology for the dash display on the Dart. Watch the Dart commercials below!
