SRT Offers a 2013 Chrysler 300 Core

2013 Crysler 300 SRT8 CoreThe Chrysler 300 SRT8 is one of the most imposing-looking and powerful large sedans on the market right now. Its 6.4-liter Hemi V8 roars with 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque while cylinder deactivation allow it to achieve up to 23 mpg during light-load driving. With sport-tuned suspension, launch control, and a Brembo braking system the 300 SRT8 is truly the definition of sports-luxury.

Now, SRT is offering a “Core” model for drivers who want all of the muscle, handling, and style without as many of the frills and features. The Core model offers all of the performance but with a de-contented interior and with less expensive, 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels that are cast rather than forged. Some of the major cost cutting features include Halogen headlights in the place of HIDs, Fog Light Delete, traditional sports suspension in place of adaptive three-mode components, and cloth bucket seats instead of leather.

These modifications provide drivers with an excellent looking ride that has all the muscle and agility of a Chrysler 300 SRT8 without a lot of the “unnecessary” features. It brings the starting price down by a significant amount as well. The 300 SRT8 Core is offered at $44,990, around $5,000 less than a non-Core model. Stop by Cumberland Auto for more info.
