Dodge Dart Blacktop Edition Shows off at North American International Auto Show

Dodge Dart Blacktop coming soon to Cumberland ChryslerThe extremely popular Dart is about to get even more appealing for the coming year thanks to the new Dodge Dart Blacktop Edition which will debut at this year’s North American International Auto Show in Detroit. This new, special edition model joins the likes of the Charger, Challenger, Avenger, Journey, and Grand Caravan in offering a Blacktop edition with sporty looks and a more refined interior.

“The Blacktops have become a signature of sorts for the Dodge Brand,” said Tim Kuniskis, President and CEO – Dodge Brand, Chrysler Group LLC. “With the addition of the Blacktop package for the Dodge Dart, we’re adding to our line-up of vehicles that offer the more aggressive look that has become so popular with our customers.”

The Dodge Dart Blacktop will be available in a variety of paint hues (Redline Red, Header Orange, Blue Streak, Granite, Chrystal Metallic, Billet Silver, Pitch Black, and Bright White) with unique Gloss Black wheels, Gloss Black painted split-crosshair grille and grille surround, Gloss Black mirror caps, projector fog lights, integrated dual exhaust, LED racetrack taillights, and darkened headlamp bezels with projector headlights. Inside, the Blacktop edition gets Ruby Red accents throughout, including the accent stitching on the instrument panel, center console, and seat bolsters. The front seats also get unique, dual Ruby Red accent stripes while the front doors get Ruby Red accents.

This new special edition adds all these great features to the already loaded 2014 Dodge Dart SXT with the Rallye Appearance Group and is only expected to add $295 to the final price.
