A new multicultural campaign from Chrysler, aimed at broadening the auto company’s audience of drivers, has snagged actor Gael Garcia Bernal – who’s famous for roles in films such as Rosewater and The Motorcycle Diaries – for four of its upcoming commercials.
The television ads will run nationally, all over U.S. Hispanic media, as part of a partnership with both Univision and Telemundo. Viewers can expect to see these commercials any day now, if they haven’t already.
The ads will follow a thought-provoking storyline, about time travel and self-reflection. The story begins when Bernal gets into his 2015 Chrysler 200, only to find a young boy in the car, claiming to be a younger version of himself.
